Opening minimum order of $750.00. International orders require a minimum of $2000 per order. “Min qty” column applies per color option. There is no order minimum for reorders, but they must abide by the individual item minimums. *Items with an asterisk require a minimum of 3 case-packs.
Debossed logo up to 3”x3”
$50 setup fee per SKU (waived at 12+units) $25 die charge per logo (good for 1 year) with a $1 run charge per unit. 1 color foil fill added: Additional $0.50 run charge per unit (Quantity minimum required for non-stock colors. Call for color options)
Laser Engraved logo up to 3”x3”
$50 set up fee per SKU (waived at 12+ units) $25 art set up fee (good for 1 year)
With a $2.50 charge per unit.
Name personalization - $8 per name
Artwork must be in black and white vector-based format (.eps, .ai or .pdf). If artwork does not meet these criteria, a $90/hr. design charge may be applied. Purchase Orders requesting a logo, personalization or custom design require a 50% deposit regardless or pre-established terms.
Due to the hand-made nature of our products, the production lead time is 10-15 business days. This time frame may vary based on our currently production load. New customers must pre-pay. Credit history and references required for COD and NET 30 consideration. Prices are subject to change without notice. All orders made via credit card are subject to a 2% convenience fee.
Orders will be shipped via UPS Ground. Expedited shipping services available upon request. Any NET 30 invoices that are more than 7 days late will incur late fees of 18% per annum. In the event of default, for any reason, the customer will be responsible for any and all late fees, Interest fees, collection fees, attorney fees, court costs and all other associated fees or costs.
A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number is required for all returns and exchanges. Returns and exchanges must be initiated within 30 business days. A 20% restocking fee will be applied to all returned items. A copy of the original invoice must accompany all returns and exchanges.
Engraved, debossed, personalized or custom items cannot be returned or exchanged. All items are made from top-grain cow-hide. Natural, beautiful blemishes may be found on the surface of our leathers. These are not defects. Rustico reserves the right to determine whether or not a product is defective.
